Dr. Braun was awarded the prestigious MOE AcRF Tier 2 academic research funding by the Singaporean Ministry of Education. The three years project (2017-2020) will support Dr. Braun in developing new optimal control methods. The MOE AcRF Tier 2 grant provides S$500,000-1,000,000 (approximately $400,000-800,000) to conduct research with high potential to create new knowledge. The findings of a MOE AcRF Tier 2 project should motivate future studies with breakthrough discoveries and innovation.
